Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. It is quiet the majority of the time. The community of Point Richmond is a convenient place. There are many shops, restaurants, cafes, a post office, library, parks, hills to walk up, the SF Bay to visit and friendly people. As for the Studio, it is Edwardian. The wainscoting and lights are original. The bed is king size Temper-Pedic. Ideal. There is also a sitting area, TV, WiFi, and kitchenette.

The Space

The large Studio room has a king size bed, desk, and bookcases. The kitchenette has a two burner gas stove top, microwave, under the counter refrigerator and freezer. Also, there is a crock pot, rice pot, and coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower.

This place is very near the downtown area. It’s a block from the launderette. Then it’s easy to walk up and down the hills, see a view of the Bay and go to the Miller-Knox Regional Park.
