Point Richmond is a quaint and friendly community. It is surprising how many people in the Bay Area have never heard of it! It is aptly called “the hidden city.” Because it’s a true community, there are events going on regularly such as an outside music festival in the summer and acoustic music events in an indoor area.
We, the owners live next door and are happy to make your stay as pleasant as possible without intruding. Maps, menus, and suggestions are available in the cottage. Got questions? We’ve got answers. For your information, the cancellation policy is “Long Term.”
We encourage guests to go through the cupboards to see what supplies are available. There are condiments, canned goods, cleaning supplies, extra linens, etc. Guests should also read through the binders we’ve provided for them with info on restaurants, sightseeing, etc. There is also a binder with instructions for using appliances, cleaning pots & pans, etc. We’ve collected maps, public transit info, and brochures to assist you in enjoying your stay.
